Terms of service

These terms govern your use of the Dream Decor Supply website and any purchase you make through it. By browsing the site or placing an order, you agree to them. Please read them before you buy.

In these terms, "we", "us" and "our" mean Dream Decor Supply, an online store based in Niagara Falls, Ontario, Canada. "You" means the person using the site or placing the order.

1. Using this site

You must be at least the age of majority where you live, or have the consent of a parent or guardian, to use this site or place an order. You agree not to use the site for any unlawful purpose, to introduce malicious code, to interfere with its security, or to scrape or copy its content for a competing service.

We may refuse service, close accounts, or cancel orders at our discretion, including where we reasonably suspect fraud.

2. Products and availability

We try to display our products and their colours as accurately as possible, but your screen may not show a colour exactly as it appears in person. Dimensions and weights are approximate unless stated otherwise.

All products are subject to availability. We may change or discontinue any product at any time, and we may limit the quantity of any item sold to one person or order.

3. Pricing

Prices are shown in the currency selected at the top of the store and may change at any time before you place an order. The price that applies to your order is the one displayed at checkout when you confirm it.

Despite our efforts, an item may occasionally be listed at an incorrect price. Where the error is obvious and could reasonably have been recognised as a mistake, we may cancel the order and refund you in full rather than supply at that price. We will tell you before we do so.

4. Orders

Your order is an offer to buy. Our confirmation email acknowledges that we have received it, but the contract is formed only when we dispatch the goods. If we cannot fulfil an order, or part of it, we will contact you and refund the affected items in full.

5. Payment

Payment is taken when you place the order. You confirm that you are authorised to use the payment method you provide and that the details you give are accurate. Further detail is set out on our payment policy page.

6. Shipping and returns

Delivery, tracking and customs are covered by our shipping policy. Returns and refunds are covered by our return and refund policy. Consumers in the EU and UK should also read our right of withdrawal page. All of these form part of these terms.

7. Accuracy of information

The material on this site is provided for general information. We update it when we can, but we are not obliged to, and you should not rely on it as your only source when making a decision. Any reliance you place on it is at your own risk.

8. Your account

If you create an account, you are responsible for keeping your password confidential and for activity that happens under it. Tell us promptly if you believe your account has been used without your permission.

9. Content you submit

If you send us reviews, comments, images or other material, you grant us a non-exclusive, royalty-free licence to use, reproduce and display it in connection with our business. You confirm the material is yours to share, is accurate, and does not infringe anyone else rights or contain unlawful, abusive or misleading content. We may edit or remove any submission, and we are under no obligation to publish one.

10. Intellectual property

The design of this site, our name, our logo and our original text and images belong to us or our licensors and may not be copied, reproduced or used commercially without our written permission.

11. Third party links and services

Our site may link to sites or services we do not operate. We are not responsible for their content, their products, or their handling of your information. Review their terms before using them.

12. Privacy

Your personal information is handled in accordance with our privacy policy.

13. Disclaimer and limitation of liability

Except where the law says otherwise, the site and our products are provided as they are, without warranties of any kind beyond those that cannot be excluded. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential loss arising from your use of the site or your purchase, and our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid for the order in question.

Nothing in these terms limits your statutory rights as a consumer, or our liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, or for fraud.

14. Indemnity

You agree to indemnify us against claims and costs arising from your breach of these terms or your misuse of the site.

15. Severability

If any part of these terms is found to be unenforceable, that part is severed and the rest continues to apply.

16. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. The version on this page at the moment you place an order is the version that applies to that order. Please check back before purchasing.

17. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Province of Ontario, Canada, and you agree to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of its courts. Where you are a consumer resident elsewhere, this does not deprive you of the protection of the mandatory consumer law of the country you live in.
